Robert Coventry, portioner of Arlary, was seized in the half of
ptttendreich and teinds on a Disposition by John Whyte portioner of
Pittendreich, and Marion Bruce, his spouse, dated Nov. 26, 1782.  Sasine
dated Decr 31, 1782,  (Part. Rag. of Sasines, Vol.V. fol.87.)

John Coventry in Arlary, m. Christian Laing in the par. of Portmoak Jany
4, 1788 (Orvie1.~ Reg.) and had issue Robert, (father designed portioner
of Arlary) born 2 Nov. 1788. (Ibid.)

lost his only son and a daughter about twelve months ago, his eldest
